Dr. David R. Miller received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1983 and opened his dental practice in 1984. His goal was to provide his patients with custom-created treatment plans that addressed their overall well-being and health. Pankey Institute, and the Center for Professional Development.
