Dr. Jennifer Lee is a general dentist who firmly believes that each patient deserves a pleasant and personalized dental experience. She is dedicated to helping her patients stay healthy and to put their best smile forward. With her uplifting personality, she values cultivating great patient relationships and ensuring that patients feel comfortable in the dental chair. Dr. Lee attended the George Washington University in Washington, D.C. and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She continued her education and received an Advanced Biomedical Sciences Certificate from George Mason University and a Masters of Science in Biophysics and Physiology from Georgetown University. Dr. Lee then earned her D.D.S. from Virginia Commonwealth School of Dentistry. She is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. After graduating dental school, Dr. Lee spent one year in the beautiful mountain town of Asheville, North Carolina and completed her General Practice Residency with the Mountain Area Health Education Center. During this time, Dr. Lee was able to hone her skills with fellow dentists while learning how to manage dental emergencies and treat medically compromised patients. Dr. Lee recognizes that dentistry is a profession of lifelong learning and is continuously staying up to date with the latest ideas and technologies to provide the best services to her patients. She is currently in the process of completing the continuing dental education curriculum at the Kois Center in Seattle taught by Dr. John Kois, who promotes delivery of predictable, high quality dentistry through evidence-based science. Dr. Lee is also learning the principles of Biomimetics, a branch of dentistry that emphasizes the preservation of the natural tooth and long-lasting treatment that mimics nature. Dr. Lee was born and raised in Northern Virginia and currently resides in Vienna. When she’s not in the office, you’ll most likely catch her in a coffee shop sipping an iced latte or taking pictures of the latest food trends. She also enjoys breezy days on the beach, traveling, yoga, hiking, fashion, and her little Yorkie, Coco.
