Dr. Elizabeth Amundson is an Alexandria native with five generations of family in the Alexandria area. She completed her Bachelor of Arts degree at the College of St. Benedict/St. Johns University with a Biology major and art concentration. In May 2009, Dr. Amundson earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. After graduating, she continued her education by completing the Postgraduate Program in Contemporary and Esthetic Dentistry with the University of Minnesota and the Surgical Program for dental implant placement with the world renowned Misch International Implant Institute. She is a bi-annual member of the American Dental Association and the Minnesota Dental Association. Dr. Amundson joined our team at Dentistry at the Center in 2013. She is happy to again be residing in her home community of Alexandria and to provide her patients with the highest level of dental care. In her off time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children.
