Dr. Michael Pederson is from Walker, Minnesota where he graduated from high school in 1991. He went to the University of Minnesota for his undergraduate and dental school education. In 1998, he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree (DDS), from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. Dr. Pederson enjoys practicing all aspects of general dentistry. Practicing in a small community gives him the opportunity to know most of his patients on a personal level. He takes great pride in meeting his patient’s expectations in a trusting and comfortable environment. Dr. Pederson continues to learn the latest advancements in general dentistry through ongoing continued education courses. He is an active member of the American Dental Association, Minnesota Dental Association, and the Northwest District Dental Society. After receiving his degree, Dr. Pederson moved back to Walker in 1998 along with his wife, Tamara, who is also from Walker. Together they have a son who keeps them very busy with athletics and the outdoors. As a family they enjoy fishing, hunting, skiing, and traveling.
