Dr. R. Pierce Osborne II obtained his dental degree from the University of Tennessee Health Sciences Campus in 1988. He stayed at the University of Tennessee for training in periodontal and implant therapy. He returned to Fayetteville in 2001 and began practicing with Dr. Gary Renegar; that practice became Arkansas Periodontal and Implant Associates. Dr. Osborne is a past president of the Arkansas State Dental Association, as well as the Northwest District Dental Association. He enjoys attending continuing education courses and has served as president of the local dental study club, The American Academy of Interdisciplinary Therapy, northwest Arkansas chapter.
