Dr. Christopher Karshner grew up in St. Pauls, NC. He graduated from St. Pauls High School in 1988 and the University of North Carolina at Pembroke in 1992. After graduating from UNCP, Dr. Karshner worked in the dental lab business for 2 years. This experience piqued his interest in the dental profession and inspired him to return to school, graduating from the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry in 1999. After graduating from dental school, Dr. Karshner worked as an associate dentist for six years in St. Pauls, NC. In 2005 he partnered with Dr. Lacey Gane, forming Gane and Karshner Family Dentistry. Dr. Karshner is a member of the North Carolina Dental Society, American Dental Association & the local branch of the Seattle Dental Study Club. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, going to the beach and playing golf. Dr. Karshner has been practicing dentistry in the Lumberton area for over 20 years.
