Dr Herbert T. Hudson

Dr. Herbert T. Hudson is a friendly and passionate dentist with nearly four decades of experience saving smiles near Aberdeen. Since 1985, he has treated countless patients and has had the pleasure of watching some of them grow up to bring in their children to see him. These long-lasting relationships are what he values most about his job, but he also loves working with his hands and learning every day. Dr. Hudson knew he wanted to be in the medical field early in life. He watched his mother—a nurse—help people from all walks of life. Once he discovered how much joy there could be in serving others, he knew dentistry was the perfect path. After earning his undergraduate degree from Xavier University, he completed his dental training at the University of Louisville School of Dental Medicine. Since then, Dr. Hudson has committed himself to lifelong learning, studying advanced topics at prestigious institutions like the Dawson Academy, Las Vegas Institute, and SPEAR Education. He has completed continuing education in numerous dental topics, such as endodontics, dental implants, crowns and bridges, periodontal therapy, TMJ therapy, laser dentistry, and orthodontics. He’s also Invisalign and ClearCorrect certified. In addition to prestigious academies, Dr. Hudson is also an active member in multiple dental organizations, including the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and the North Carolina Dental Society.
