Dr Michael Caparas,

Dr. Michael Caparas began his dental career in Dallas, TX when he purchased a dilapidated practice on the brink of ruins. He and his wife worked countless hours creating an environment where patients could feel comforted and welcomed. The success was obvious by patient responses and community support. Dr. Caparas decided to parlay that success and open an additional location. He brought on his first associate doctor and continued to build his dream of creating a group practice that would provide all phases of dentistry and thus, Metroplex Dental Care was born. A couple years later Metroplex Dental Care acquired North Texas Dental Consultants (NTDC). NTDC was a "well" established group practice with over 10 years of history in North Texas. Following the acquisition, Dr. Caparas added expanded services and hours and along with efficient systems, the offices exploded in growth and locations. Soon after the acquisition, Metroplex Dental Care expanded locations to additional cities within Texas. Metroplex Dental Care now provides general and specialty services to thousands of families throughout Texas. Dr. Caparas holds an AAS from Edmonds Community College, a BS in Psychology from Western Washington University, and a DMD in dentistry from Nova South-eastern University. He is a member of, American Dental Association, Washington Dental Association, Seattle-King County Dental Society, America Academy of Facial Aesthetics, Texas Dental Association, Dallas County Dental Society, America Orthodontic Society. Dr. Caparas resides in Kirkland, Washington with his wife and three boys.
