Dr. Kang attended the University of Washington for his Bachelor of Science Degree. Upon graduation he was accepted to the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry for his Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Following graduation he was one of two applicants accepted into the Graduate Periodontal and Implant Specialty program at the University of Pittsburgh, School of Medicine. As the founder of Puget Sound Periodontics he has overseen the growth of the practice from a small start up into the premier destination for periodontics and implant dentistry on the west coast. Dr. Kang provides education in several local dental study clubs and participates in meetings throughout the nation, lecturing on advanced implant technologies including Computer Aided Design and Manufacturing of Medical Devices.
