Dr Zachary Cook,

Zachary Cook, DDS is originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota. He received his bachelor’s degree in chemistry from St. Olaf College, and later his DDS degree from the University of Minnesota. As a life-long lover of nature and the mountains, the Pacific Northwest was at the top of his list to relocate after his education. Dr. Cook completed a general practice residency at the University of Washington. While there he safely cared for his patients with significant medical complexities and healthcare needs, often requiring dental treatment in a hospital setting. Additionally during his residency, Dr. Cook took trauma call at the UW Medical Center and VA Puget Sound for dental and maxillofacial injuries. Now in a private practice setting he is well-trained to safely care for his patients, even with very complicated medical histories. His professional interests include cosmetic dentistry, pediatric dentistry, dental implants and oral surgery. In his spare time he enjoys embracing the outdoors. As a former ski instructor you may see him on the slopes, riding his bike, or trekking throughout the beautiful PNW wilderness. He is excited to join our team and looks forward to meeting you!
