Dr Alex L. Givens

Dr. Alex Givens is a respected dentist in Fenton, MI, known for his compassionate care and commitment to clinical excellence. He completed his Bachelor of Science in 2013 and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Detroit Mercy in 2015 as part of their accelerated 7-year BS/DDS program. Since then, Dr. Givens has completed over 850 hours of continuing education, with special focus in: Patient communication & trust-building, Complex treatment planning, Cosmetic dentistry, Dental implants, Traditional & clear aligner orthodontics, Emerging technology in modern dentistry. With an emphasis on comfort, clarity, and outcomes that last, Dr. Givens is passionate about using advanced tools like digital imaging and 3D printing to craft highly personalized treatment plans. When he’s not in the office, Dr. Alex enjoys giving back to both his professional and local communities, continuing his mission of improving lives through dentistry. When Dr. Alex is not doing dentistry, he usually is giving back to his professional and local communities. Dr. Alex served as a Board Member of the Michigan Dental Association Foundation where he revamped their Scholarship Program to improve the impact it had to help young fellow dental professionals. He has been actively involved in the Frankenmuth Junior Chamber, where he was a key member to raise $1 Million and built the Frankenmuth Jaycee Spray Park. He is also involved with their World Expo of Beer project that is one of the largest beer festivals in Michigan. All proceeds from this event are donated to local charities and organizations. Dr. Alex enjoys spending the rest of his time with his wife, Tianna, and their three children. He is an avid outdoorsman, car enthusiast, and foodie.
