Dr. Mathias McAfee grew up in Northern California, where his proximity to both Silicon Valley and his family’s farm taught him some of life’s most valuable lessons. From a young age, Dr. Mathias embraced the importance of technology and innovation. At the same time, his summers spent tilling fields on a tractor and selling raw milk at the farmer’s market showcased his love and respect for his family’s agricultural roots. These experiences instilled in him core values including hard work, compassion, determination, patience, and communication, which are reflected in his dedication to providing compassionate and exceptional care to his patients. Interestingly, Dr. Mathias’ journey into dentistry started as a chairside assistant, giving him a deep understanding and appreciation of all.
