Growing up in a military family, Dr. Tatyania Moorehead traveled the world before settling in Charlotte, NC. She attended Norfolk State University for her Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics and became a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery from UNC School of Dentistry, participating in community outreach locally and in Malawi, Africa. After dental school, she completed residency at Mountain Area Health Education Center, gaining skills in treating immunocompromised, trauma, and cosmetic patients. She has been practicing general dentistry in the Charlotte area. Her passion is serving patients by addressing pain, cosmetic concerns, or health maintenance.
