Mr Alisha

is a 2011 graduate of Northwest Ohio Dental Assisting School, Toledo, OH where she passed the National test to earn her certificate as a Certified Dental Assistant. In 2019 she attended Owens Community College to further her love for teeth and graduated in 2020 with her Expanded Functions Dental Auxiliary license. Alisha is a 2010 graduate of Hicksville Schools. She lives with her husband, Brandon, whom she married in 2021 and their son, Harrison who was born in 2022. Alisha enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, volleyball, and golfing with Brandon when the weather allows. Alisha was originally hired by Sarah Mowery Dentistry as an Administrative Assistant, but her CDA & EFDA allows her to do so much more. She has become an asset in the operatory assisting patients and staff in numerous ways. So whether she is making your temporary crown or placing your restoration, Alisha can help. She is truly an asset to our dental team as she can do any task that is asked of her. When asked, Alisha states, "I love working as a dental assistant because every day is different, whether it be the patients, the treatment that is being done, or the surprises that pop up along the way!" She states, "I also love working for Sarah Mowery Dentistry because of the great staff here including Dr. Mowery herself! Everyone comes in every day with a great attitude and is willing to be a team player by making everyone's day as smooth as possible!" Alisha cannot imagine life without teeth and this small community!
