Dr. Connie Shim Middleton’s journey began on the southwest side of Fort Wayne, where she grew up and attended Homestead High School. After high school, Dr. Shim pursued higher education at DePauw University, where she earned her undergraduate degree. Her academic journey continued at the Indiana University School of Dentistry, where she received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2012. She also earned a spot on the Indiana University School of Dentistry Dean’s List. She is actively involved in professional organizations, currently serving on the Young Dentist Committee and as a board member of the Isaac Knapp District Dental Society Committee.
