Dr. Aruna Pappu blends 15+ years of family-friendly care with advanced implant training. She graduated from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine with a doctorate (DMD) in 2009. Before dental school in the USA, she received her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree from Bangalore Institute of Dental Sciences in 1999, India. She practiced as a general dentist before moving to Shrewsbury, MA, in 2005. After graduating from Tufts University, she worked at a community health center for 11 years as a general dentist and as a faculty for the AEGD residency program for NYU. She practices all aspects of dentistry and enjoys caring for patients of all ages. Dr. Pappu regularly participates in continuing education courses to keep abreast of the latest developments in dentistry. She is a member of the AAID (American Academy of Implant Dentistry) and completed 300 credit hours of Maxicourse in Implant Dentistry from Rutgers University, Newark, New Jersey. She is also a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and the New England Dental Society.
