Dr Robert Gyurko

Dr. Gyurko currently serves as Director of Periodontology at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Gyurko is a Board Certified Periodontist, and obtained his Diplomate from the American Board of Periodontology. Dr. Gyurko earned his DMD at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. He has also received a PhD is Physiology from the university of Florida where he he studied gene therapy. He is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Periodontology at Tufts. Dr Gyurkos expertise included non- surgical and surgical treatment of gum disease and implant placement. He has numerous scientific publications in his field and has lectured both nationally and internationally.
