The comfort of my patients is my number one priority. I treat my patients like family and provide them with the same care as I would provide my mother, father, brother, or sister. I value spending time with my patients so that I can understand their dental needs and goals. Many people ask me why I became a dentist. To begin, when I was a child, I used to love going to the dentist! As I became older I realized that I wanted to have a career in the health field and one in which I could get to know my patients over the years. So here I am, and I love what I do! I believe that dentistry is such a great field to be in because I am able to work with people, create beautiful smiles, relieve pain, and restore dental health. Dentistry has truly advanced over the years, and I love keeping up with all the changes in technology. I grew up in Orland Park and attended Carl Sandburg High School. I received a bachelor’s degree in biology at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2003. After college, I went on to four years of training and education at the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry where I received my dental degree in 2007. I now live with my husband, son and daughter just outside of Frankfort with our dog Sookie.
