Dr. Hassid has been practicing dentistry for over 20 years, specialising in paediatrics and cosmetic dentistry. At the young age of 16, Dr. Hassid earned her high school degree, graduating at the top of her class in Great Neck, NY. After developing a passion for health care, Dr. Hassid entered New York University College of Dentistry at the age of 19. She went on to earn her D.D.S degree from NYU dental school, once again graduating at the top of her class with numerous awards and accolades. She was inducted into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon honour society which is one of the highest national dental honours one can attain. She became one of the youngest graduating dentists in the United States. Dr. Hassid then completed a one year general practice residency at Stony Brook Dental Center in Stony Brook, NY. In addition to her academic and career endeavours, Dr. Hassid has worked tirelessly to raise her five children at home. From her experiences growing as both a mother and a dentist, Dr. Hassid has learned how to better interact with and care for young patients and families.
