Dr. Izadi has been in practice since 1994. His training includes a residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery and 2 years of general surgery training. He then completed a fellowship in plastic and reconstructive surgery as well as a craniofacial and pediatric plastic surgery fellowship. Board certified by American Dental Society of Anesthesiology. Member of American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, National Dental Board of Anesthesiology.
