Mr Maria

Maria was introduced to the dental field by her childhood dentist while she was still in high school. Her early exposure sparked a passion that led her to become a Dental Assistant and, years later, graduated from the Dental Hygiene program at Foothill College in 2012. Originally from the Peninsula, Maria moved to Hayward with her family in 2016. Outside the office, she stays busy with her teenage daughter and son and their traveling sports commitments. “I genuinely enjoy coming to work every day and have spent many years in the dental field providing compassionate, patient-centered care. Known for my caring nature and positive attitude, I strive to help patients understand the connection between oral health and overall wellness so they feel informed, confident, and empowered in their smile. I understand that visiting the dentist can be overwhelming, which is why I focus on creating a comfortable, welcoming environment by truly listening to each patient. As a patient myself, I approach every visit with empathy and understanding. While education is an important part of my role, getting to know each patient as an individual is always my top priority.”
