Hello there! I’m Dr. Carolyn Hsu, and I’m thrilled to be part of the Flossophie family. Dentistry isn’t just about teeth for me; it’s about building meaningful connections and nurturing lasting relationships with each of my patients. Born and raised in Omaha, NE, I’ve always had a strong sense of community and belonging. After completing my dental education at Creighton University, I embarked on a journey to Washington state, where I spent the past couple years working in a corporate dental office. While the experience was valuable, I wanted something more personal – a chance to connect with patients on a deeper level and truly make a difference in their lives. That’s what led me to venture into private practice and join the wonderful team here at Flossophie. I believe that dentistry is about more than just fixing smiles; it’s about understanding each patient’s unique needs, fears, and aspirations. By creating a warm, welcoming environment and taking the time to listen, I hope to empower my patients to prioritize their oral health and achieve their dental goals. When I’m not at the practice, you’ll often find me spending time with my family and adorable nephews. I’m also an avid reader, with a particular love for fiction and biographies, and I enjoy staying active through tennis while exploring my creative side through pottery. You can also find me trying out new cafes on my quest for the perfect matcha latte!
