Dr. Anna Adams is a Tar Heel born and bred. She is from Chapel Hill, North Carolina, and received her bachelor’s degree in Biology as well as her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of North Carolina. Following dental school, she headed west to complete a year-long General Practice Residency at the Puget Sound VA Medical Center in Seattle, Washington. As a resident she provided dental care to a wide range of ambulatory and hospitalized patients, and received advanced training and clinical experience in prosthodontics, periodontics, restorative dentistry, endodontics, and oral surgery. This was not Dr. Adams’ first experience working in a hospital setting. As a dental student she was awarded the Albert Schweitzer Fell
