Dr Sir Hal Moore, D.D.S.

Dr. Moore is a graduate of the University of Texas right here in Austin. He then attended University of Texas at Houston, School of Dentistry, where he obtained his Doctrine of Dental Surgery in 1975. Dr. Moore practiced Dentistry in Houston and Austin for several years before deciding to join the United States Air Force in 2005 as a General Dentist. Dr. Moore retired from the Air Force in 2012 as a Lieutenant Colonel. He has been a professor at U.T. Austin teaching embryology and genetics, U.T. Houston where he was a Associate Clinical Professor, and the U.S. Air Force Academy teaching Dentistry. In 2003 Dr. Moore was knighted by representatives of Queen Elizabeth II of England and he became Dr. Lord Sir Hal Moore. Dr. Moore actively participates in Renaissance Festival's across the state of Texas as a vendor selling jewelry and accessories that he makes. Dr. Moore is very personable and works well with our patients. We are happy to have him here with us at Marketplace Smiles!
