Dr. Kunhyung Kim is originally from Seoul, South Korea. He completed his undergraduate studies in Pharmacology at the University of Toronto. Upon graduation, he continued his academic studies at Boston University for his dental training and completed a 1-year General Practice Residency (GPR) at Montefiore Medical Center in New York. After practicing as a general dentist for 4 years in Rhode Island, he found his passion in Endodontics and received his Advanced Endodontic training at Nova Southeastern University in Florida. Following his two year Endodontic residency, he relocated to Washington D.C. and joined District Endodontics. Dr. Kim is currently a member of the American Dental Association and American Association of Endodontists. He is committed to providing care that always puts the comfort of the patient first. In his spare time, he enjoys exercising, traveling, and playing the violin.
