Dr Carlos C. Garcia

Dr. Carlos Garcia has an educational background spanning two countries, with a list of exceptional merits. He first earned a DDS from Brazil’s prestigious State University of Rio de Janeiro in 1997, graduating with honors, and became licensed to practice there. Dr. Garcia later moved to the United States, where he attended University of Southern California’s School of Dentistry, again graduating with honors, and earning a dual DDS degree. He served as a teaching assistant at both institutions. He has been elected to: The national dental honor society, Alumni of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Zeta Chapter. Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi (a selective all-discipline organization). And nominated for membership in the American Association for the Advancement of Science; Science Program for Excellence in Science. Dr. Garcia maintains dental licensure in California, Florida, and Brazil, eagerly meeting and exceeding requirements for continuing education. His career as a general and cosmetic dentist commenced in 1997, and today he is the proud owner of Bright Smiles Dental Studio in North Glendale. Delivering quality dental care and experiences that exceed the expectations of patients is his top priority for the practice. Fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian, he easily puts patients at ease in their own tongue. While Dr. Garcia brings enthusiasm and dedication to every procedure, he takes special interest in dental implants, and complex smile makeovers or full mouth restorations using the latest technologies.
