Dr. Raul Franco graduated with his dental degree from the University of Nebraska College of Dentistry in 2016 and finished his advanced education in general dentistry in 2017 at Offutt Air Force Base. He has completed over 500 hours of continuing education course including the implant pathway continuum. He also maintains active membership in the American Dental Association®, the Nebraska Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry and the Adams County Dental Society. His professional mission is to offer high-quality dental care, treating every patient with the utmost integrity and respect. Dr. Franco is happily married to Dr. Allison Kern, and together they have two sons. Away from dentistry, Dr. Franco finds joy in outdoor activities like fishing, hunting, boating and wakeboarding. He is also a faculty member at UNMC College of Dentistry and volunteers his time in both the advanced digital clinics and Veterans Smile program to help Veterans regain their smiles back.
