Dr. James graduated with honours from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry in 1990, where he was a member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society. He obtained his licence to practise dentistry in Colorado and has been practising in Delta since 1990. Dr. James is a member of the American Dental Association, the Colorado Dental Association and the Western Slope Dental Society. He is also an Associate Fellow in the World Clinical Laser Institute. For over twenty years Dr. James has provided donated dental services to the handicapped through the Colorado Foundation of Dentistry for the Handicapped’s Donated Dental Services programme. He is also a member of the local Kiwanis Club of Delta, where he has served as Secretary for many years.
