Dr. Merrill was born and raised in Monticello, Utah. He began his education at Snow College, receiving his associate degree. He then received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Southern Utah State College. His first year of dental school was spent at the University of Utah where he enrolled in medical and dental school classes. The remaining three years of dental school were spent in Omaha, Nebraska where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Creighton University, graduating Cum Laude. He and his wife have four children and five grandchildren. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time outdoors in our beautiful canyons. He enjoys hiking, going to Lake Powell, riding motorcycles with his kids, watching motorcross, and he especially enjoys playing with his grandkids. Dentistry is challenging and fun. Each day provides a unique experience, and he gains great reward by serving and providing the best possible treatment to everyone. Dr. Merrill is proud of his wonderful staff and the relaxing, comfortable atmosphere they have created in their dental office.
