Dr Naomi Willden

Dr. Willden is a Colorado native, lifelong learner, and relationship-driven dentist who brings warmth, skill, and integrity to every aspect of her practice. She founded Willden Family Dental to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care that puts ethics, trust, and humanity above all else. Dr. Willden didn’t begin her journey in dentistry—she earned her bachelor’s degree in International Affairs and Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder. It wasn’t until a major dental experience of her own that she discovered her true calling. After feeling overwhelmed and unsure of what to expect in the dental chair, she was deeply impacted by the care and communication shown to her by her provider. That moment sparked her passion for dentistry—not just as a clinical profession, but as a means of creating safe, supportive spaces for others. She went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine and completed a General Practice Residency at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, where she gained advanced experience in oral surgery, implants, moderate sedation, and hospital-based care. Today, Naomi combines that technical training with a relational, judgment-free approach that keeps her patients informed, involved, and comfortable. Dr. Willden is committed to independent, evidence-based practice—free from corporate influence or insurance pressure. She believes that the best dental care comes from clear communication, shared values, and treatment that evolves alongside each patient's needs. When she’s not at the office, you can find her enjoying quiet time with her husband and their two beagles at their home in Arrowhead. They love camping, stargazing, fly-fishing, and soaking up the rhythm of the seasons on the Western Slope. Dr. Willden is an active member and supporter of numerous professional associations and charitable organizations, reflecting her commitment to both clinical excellence and community well-being.
