Dr. Starley grew up in Ogden, Utah and attended Utah State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. He then attended the Ohio State University College of Dentistry and graduated in the top of his class. He was a member of the OKU honor society and received multiple awards during his time at OSU. Dr. Starley is eager to provide patients with sound dental advice and proven technical care. He uses up to date methodologies to ensure his patients receive the best treatment possible. Dr. Starley knows that patients have a choice of where they receive their dental care, and greatly appreciates each of his patients for their trust. Outside of the office, Dr. Starley spends most of his time with family. He and his wife, Cassie, have twin daughters and a son who keep them both extremely busy in the best way…most times anyway.
