Dr Sunil Desai

Dr. Sunil Desai DDS grew up in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He earned the rank of Eagle Scout right here in West Michigan with Boy Scout Troop 290 based out of Ada. He attended the University of Michigan for both his undergraduate and dental doctorate degrees and graduated as one of the top general dentists in his class. Since 2007, Dr. Desai has provided compassionate care in practices in Grand Rapids and Grant. Dr. Desai previously mentored dental students at his Grant office location as an Adjunct Clinical Lecturer with the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. Dr. Desai loves to give back to the community through various volunteer dentistry programs including the Baxter Clinic and a recent mission trip to the Dominican Republic. Dr. Desai constantly advances his knowledge of the latest treatments and techniques in dentistry through continuing education. He is laser certified, allowing his patients to receive many advanced and pain-free treatments with this new technology. He has completed a rigorous Surgical Implant Training Continuum so he can provide his patients services in both implant placement and restoration. Dr. Desai is a member of the International Dental Implant Association, the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Michigan Dental Association, the West Michigan Dental Society, and the American Society of Forensic Odontology.
