Dr. James C. Standring, DDS came to the beautiful Northern California coastal area of Del Norte County in 1987. He began practicing in an office on 9th Street until his new and current office was built on the corner of Northcrest and Washington. He continues to attend courses and seminars on the latest advances in family and cosmetic dentistry. These courses, sponsored by the ADA and CDA, are held annually. In addition to dentistry, Dr. Standring and his family began settling into the community and grew to a family of seven children. He has been continually involved in the community and his children’s lives through coaching various sports including soccer, basketball, baseball, and swimming. He has also been very involved in BSA Scouting. Dr. Standring and his highly qualified team enjoy producing long lasting smiles for the patients they serve.
