Dr. Arlene Rodríguez was born and raised in Puerto Rico. She completed her undergraduate and dental degree at the University of Maryland. She returned to Puerto Rico where she completed her medical degree. Then completed a residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at the Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City. Since 2002, she has been working in private practice as well in the academics field. She has been the Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Section Chief at the Northport Veterans Affairs Medical Center since 2007. One of her roles is to train residents from the Long Island Jewish Hospital/Northwell OMFS program, as well as general dentists from the VA. She has been working and serving the Huntington community for the last 18 years.
