Building on this strong scientific foundation, he pursued his dental education at Howard University College of Dentistry, obtaining his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Professionally recognized as a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, Dr. Moses brings advanced expertise to his practice.
