Dr. Learn has been practising dentistry since graduating in 1994 from The University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. Accomplishments include instructor at Westmoreland County Community College dental hygiene and assisting programs, advisory board member for WCCC dental hygiene program, former President of Westmoreland County Dental Society, former Co-chair of Westmoreland County Special Smiles Program. In 2007, received Lifelong Learning and Service Recognition Award from Academy of General Dentistry. MAGD designation requires hands-on study in 16 disciplines and 600 hours continuing education.
