Dr Parke Ladd

Dr. Parke Ladd grew up in a dental family in Indiana. His mom and dad, both dentists, were of great inspiration from a young age. Dr. Ladd spent much of his time helping with the family practice from assisting when needed, to painting walls, to cutting the grass, to talking to patients during down time. This would later allow Dr. Ladd to fully understand the world of private dental practice, owning a business, and what it takes to be an exceptional leader in the community. He later moved to Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina for his undergraduate studies, where he met his wife Quinn. Dr. Ladd also had the opportunity to be part of a short-term surgical residency mission trip during his college years which developed his great sense of caring for those lacking access to quality dental care. After engagement and wedding, Dr. Ladd and Quinn finished their education in separate states, ultimately moving back to North Carolina after Dr. Ladd obtained his masters degree from Purdue University and his doctorate from LECOM School of Dental Medicine. Upon graduation from dental school, Dr. Ladd's father-in-law mentored him in dentistry and from there he spent several years working in public health dentistry serving those who lack access to affordable dental care. Dr. Ladd and Quinn then decided to settle in Greenville, South Carolina to raise a family and start a business. In 2021, Dr. Ladd and Dr. Harold C. Jennings Jr. met and began to discuss the transition of Dr. Harold C Jennings dentistry to Ladd Family Dental.
