Dr. Neumann joined Dr. Mackey’s dental practice in December 2019. Originally, from Akron, Ohio, he completed his undergraduate degree at The Ohio State University receiving a B.S. in Business Administration with a Life Sciences minor. Dr. Neumann decided later in his collegiate career that he was best suited to work with people, science, and to help those in need. After this decision, he began his career in dentistry and received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Case Western Reserve University. Upon graduation, Dr. Neumann chose to further his dental skills and completed a hospital-based general practice residency at Summa Hospital Systems in his hometown of Akron. During his time at the hospital, Dr. Neumann was able to work with dental specialists and was lucky to have had hands on experience working side by side with cardiologists, plastic surgeons, and more. Continuing education remains a vital part of Dr. Neumann’s life as he loves to keep current in the ever-changing dental field. Dr. Neumann eventually made the move to the Chicago area to be close to his wife’s family. He and his wife welcomed their first baby in May of 2020 and moved to the northern suburbs. They love to spend time on the weekends exploring all the great experiences around the city (especially trying all the delicious food!). Dr. Neumann is a self-proclaimed sports enthusiast and loves to watch all his Cleveland sports teams (even the Browns) and especially his Ohio State Buckeyes.
