Dr Jaya Gamble

Jaya Gamble, D.M.D. is a New Jersey native born and raised in Bergen County. With a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Science from Rutgers University, she graduated Magna Cum Laude and was a member of the School of Arts and Science Honors Program. Dr. Gamble developed a strong foundation in the sciences that continues to inform her approach to dental care. Her passion for research is evident from her time as a Research Assistant in Dr. Elizabeth Snyder's laboratory, where she was published as the primary author for her work in Reproduction. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Rutgers University School of Dental Medicine, where she distinguished herself consistently making the Dean’s List. Her outstanding performance and commitment to this field were recognized through multiple honors and awards for leadership and academics including the Dr. Jeanne Craig Sinkford Student Leadership Award, NJDA Endowed Scholarship, the Phoenix Dental Endowed Scholarship, and the Rutgers SAS Excellence Award. Dr. Gamble’s leadership capabilities were demonstrated through her roles as President of the Student National Dental Association RSDM Chapter and mentor in various dental education programs. Dr. Gamble has effectively organized community service events, such as Impressions Day, guiding future dental professionals. After dental school, Dr. Gamble attended a general practice residency at Hackensack University Medical Center. In this program she focused on complex comprehensive dental care and care of medically compromised patients. Dr. Gamble’s extensive training also includes advanced techniques in restorative and cosmetic dentistry, ensuring that her patients receive the highest standard of care. Dr. Gamble is known for her gentle touch and patient-centered approach. She takes the time to listen to her patients' concerns and works collaboratively to create personalized treatment plans that meet their unique needs. Her warm demeanor and clear communication make every visit a comfortable and positive experience. Dr. Gamble prides herself on combining her passion for dentistry with a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. In addition to her clinical skills, Dr. Gamble is committed to staying at the forefront of dental advancements. She regularly attends continuing education courses and participates in professional organizations such as the American Dental Association (ADA), the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), and New Jersey Dental Association (NJDA). Outside of the office, Dr. Gamble enjoys exploring new countries and cuisines, and spending time with her family and friends. She is also an avid reader and loves spending time outside with her dog.
