Dr. Shyam Shah graduated from the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. He finished his general practice residency at Monmouth Medical Center and then went on to complete a one-year internship in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Rutgers University and University Hospital, a level one trauma center. Currently, Dr. Shah is an Assistant Professor at the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, which is New Jersey’s only dental school. At the dental school, he works alongside internationally renowned faculty, is involved in research, and mentors dental students and dental residents. Dr. Shah also serves as one of the team dentists for the New Jersey Devils NHL Hockey Team. Dr. Shah has been a part of the S Dental & Specialties team since 2020 and is committed to providing high-quality compassionate care in a professional setting with an emphasis on honest communication between the doctor and the patient.
