Dr Thomas Viccaro

Originally hailing from Wayne, New Jersey, Dr. Viccaro achieved his undergraduate degree from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, and headed back to the Garden State to earn his dental degree at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in Newark, New Jersey. He then went on to complete his general practice residency at Hackensack University Medical Center in Hackensack, New Jersey. From his early love for creative writing to the approachable, attentive dentistry he provides today, Dr. Viccaro is a people person who truly enjoys learning others’ stories. His ambition is to walk alongside you on your smile journey and inspire vibrant dental health with communicative, educational, relationship-based care. He understands what it’s like to be a patient, and he will always put your well-being at the forefront of his practice. When he’s not treating patients, you can find Dr. Viccaro messing with flavorful recipes in the kitchen, exploring beautiful places with friends, and storytelling through the art of writing. He’s written a play, and he’s currently working on his second book!
