Dr. Phillip J. Van Cleaf grew up in Bushkill, Pennsylvania, part of the Pocono Mountains. He attended the Pennsylvania State University where he graduated with a B.S. degree in Nutritional Sciences and thesis honors from the Schreyer Honors College. Dr. Van Cleaf went on to study dentistry at the University at Buffalo, School of Dental Medicine. He graduated with cum laude honors receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Dr. Van Cleaf joined Chambersburg Dental Associates in 2012. He is currently a member of the American Dental Association and the Pennsylvania Dental Association.
