Dr. Buddy Wallace was born in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, and his family moved to Monroe, Louisiana, early in childhood. After graduating from high school, Dr. Wallace attended the University of Florida, where he graduated in 1972. After college, Dr. Wallace moved back to Louisiana and graduated from LSU School of Dentistry in New Orleans. Dr. Wallace’s educational accomplishments resulted in his admission to the C. Edmund Kells Honor Society. Upon graduation in 1977, he moved back to Hattiesburg, where he and his wife, Deborah, still reside. Dr. Wallace and Deborah have six children together. Dr. Wallace is an avid collector of sports memorabilia and vintage watches. He also enjoys antique cars.
