Dr. Donald Lewis grew up in Bradford, Massachusetts, and graduated from Haverhill High School, Norwich University, and the University of Maryland Dental School. He was a Naval Dental Officer serving with the First and Third Marine Divisions at the Naval Hospital in Newport, Rhode Island. He began practicing dentistry on Merrimack Street in Haverhill in 1961 and incorporated Haverhill Dental Associates, Inc. in 1974. Dr. Lewis was on the surgical staff of Hale Hospital from 1961 to 2000. Now enjoys golfing, skiing, and boating on Lake Winnipesaukee.
