Dr Ruchieka Vij

She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Surgery and completed her Master’s Degree in India. She was a faculty member at a dental school in India, and moved to Boston, where she completed her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree with high honors from Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine. As one of the top students in her class, she was also awarded membership in Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU) by the Lambda Mu Chapter, the only nationally recognized dental honor society that promotes and recognizes scholarship and character among dental students. She is licensed to practice in both the USA and Canada. Dr. Vij believes in providing the best comprehensive care to her patients. She believes in educating her patients about preventive care and explaining their dental needs, concerns, and questions regarding treatment in detail. She does this with one goal: Her patients must feel comfortable and confident during their dental visits. She is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) and is pursuing a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD). She attends many continuing education courses to stay up to date with the latest developments in dentistry so she can serve her patients in the best possible way and provide them with the best options for their needs. She completed the Root Camp Course in Root Canal Treatment as another step in this direction.
