Dr. Karen Sierra’s path to dentistry began with heart, not textbooks. Growing up in South Bay, she found her passion while volunteering at a children’s dental clinic in Inglewood. That spark led her from biochemistry to Paraguay, where she spent two years in the Peace Corps teaching dental health and nutrition in schools. Applying to dental school from rural villages—with little internet—was no easy feat, but she made it happen. Now a proud USC graduate, Dr. Sierra brings warmth, perspective and genuine care to every patient she sees. She is excited to welcome you, listen to your goals and support your healthiest smile.
