In 1995, after 8 years of practicing General Dentistry, Dr. Steve Chang decided to follow his desire for further education and entered the advanced education program at the University of Pennsylvania. Since graduating in 1998, he has practiced periodontics in the Bay area, including 17 years at his private practice. He continues to live in San Jose and practice in the Bay area albeit on a shorter schedule.
