Dr. Tabor received his dental degree from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry and has since completed thousands of hours of continuing education in implant dentistry, orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, laser dentistry, and cone beam (CT scan) treatment planning, among others. He has completed over 1,000 hours of continuing education in a comprehensive range of restorative, cosmetic, and implant dentistry treatments. Additionally, he is trained and licensed to provide IV sedation and has placed over 2,000 dental implants. With advanced training from the Dawson Academy, Spear Education, Kois Center, Misch Implant Institute, and the Center for Aesthetic Dentistry.
