Dr Taylor J. Cozad

Dr. Taylor J. Cozad began his dental path working as a dental assistant at Palmetto Dental. He worked at Palmetto Dental for two years during his time in high school. He gained four additional years of experience at Allure Smile Center while simultaneously earning his Bachelors in Biology at Florida International University . Dr. Cozad scored in the top 97 th percentile among biology students nationwide upon graduation and was an avid member of FIU's Pre-Dental Society . Upon graduation from FIU, Dr. Cozad was offered admission to the dental programs at Rutgers, UNLV and Nova Southeastern University. He graduated with honors from Nova Southeastern University's College of Dental Medicine earning his degree as Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D). During his time at NSU, Dr. Taylor was a member of the dental missions club, which provided non-profit dental care to underserved people both inside and outside the United States. He also gained pediatric and special-need's experience rotating at NSU's clinic in Joe DiMaggio Children's hospital, and general dental experience at several NSU clinics located around the state. During his time at NSU he gained a special interest in cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Taylor J. Cozad is an active member of organized dentistry - A.D.A., F.D.A. and now co-owner of Allure Smile Center. Dr. Taylor is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish. He believes in a healthy work-life balance and spends his off time in the outdoors and with his family. Dr. Taylor's passion is helping patients achieve their best smile to improve their confidence and quality of life. He and his staff pride themselves in delivering the highest level of dental care to their patients in the most friendly, inclusive and welcoming manner possible. Dr. Cozad strives for nothing less than excellence in both patient care and hospitality.
