Dr Fayez A. Khan

Dr. Fayez A. Khan, DDS joined the Maple Springs Dental team in 2019. Raised in Midlothian, Virginia, Dr. Khan graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University, he received his Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry in 2014. Shortly after graduation, Dr. Khan began gathering experience in dentistry by working as an orthodontics assistant at VCU School of Dentistry. He then attended New York University College of Dentistry, where he obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Dr. Khan relocated to North Carolina shortly after graduation and is proud to serve the Charlotte community. While quite the move coming from New York City, he is happy to be a little bit closer to his family and is joined by his wife, Nicole, who is also a dentist, and their mini goldendoodle, Hershey. Outside of dentistry, he enjoys traveling, hiking, football, playing video games, and trying out new restaurants that Charlotte constantly has to offer. Dr. Khan is a motivated and charismatic general dentist that is committed to providing the highest standard of care to his patients. He prides himself on the quality and esthetics of his treatment as well as having honest and open communication with his patients. Dr. Khan feels it is his duty as a healthcare provider to educate his patients in oral hygiene for their overall health and values the opportunity to form strong doctor-patient relationships through an extraordinary level of comfort.
